Our control system maintenance contracts are customized for each individual customer. From simple system checkouts with a report of deficiencies to system services with blocks of labor for minor to major system repairs, CSG will work with customers to find a maintenance agreement that fits their needs. All customers with a service or maintenance agreement with CSG will also receive discounts on parts and labor rates.

CSG is also available to non-contract customers for minor to major service and repair calls. We work well with many mechanical contractors that need controls professionals to assist with building contracts. At CSG we do not provide HVAC service – we only perform controls service. We find this to be a fairly unique trait in today’s market. We want to work with contractors not against them.
