Roberts PolyPro gave us a call when they had some issues with their Carrier generation two VVT system. With repair parts hard to come by replacement was the only answer to get them back online. We installed a new Reliable Controls system including 5 – MACH AIR zones, 1- MACH AIR bypass zone, 1 – MACH ZONE RTU controller and a MACH STAT. In one and a half days we had the old system out the new system installed and programmed. They are able to use the centrally located MACH STAT to access scheduling and setpoint control of all zones. The customer now has a control system that is easy to use and is backed by the Reliable Controls five year warranty.
