The Life Enrichment Center project’s specification called for a very simple layout, with one exception. Two of the building’s units needed to be operated from two separate locations based on the customer’s demand – a slightly more complicated arrangement than a simple averaging or switching requirement. CSG was called to the project after the original contractor realized their system would not be able to operate as the specifications required. For CSG, the project was easily achieved by networking a Reliable Controls® MACH-ProSys™ controller, and several MACH-Stat™ and SMART-Sensor™ LCD controllers to 13 rooftop package units, 4 exhaust fans, and makeup air interlocks. The Reliable Controls® solution successfully installed by CSG came in under the original contractor’s quote.
